Return and Refund Policy
Effective for all orders placed on or after the date mentioned below
1. Return Eligibility
1.1
Returns are accepted only within 7 days from the date of delivery.
1.2
Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.
1.3
Original invoice or proof of purchase must be provided with the return request.
1.4
Products showing signs of use, damage, alteration, or missing accessories will be rejected.
1.5
Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer unless the product received is defective or incorrect.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Innerwear, lingerie, swimwear, and personal hygiene products
- Cosmetics, beauty products, skincare items, and fragrances
- Customized, personalized, or made-to-order products
- Products purchased during clearance, flash sales, or marked as final sale
- Perishable goods, food items, and health supplements
- Digital products, gift cards, and downloadable content
- Jewelry, watches, and precious items once packaging seal is broken
- Products without original tags, labels, or packaging
3. Refund Policy
3.1
Refunds will be processed only after the returned product is received and inspected by our quality team.
3.2
Refund processing time is 7-10 business days from the date of product receipt at our warehouse.
3.3
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.
3.4
Shipping charges, COD charges, and convenience fees are non-refundable.
3.5
Partial refunds may be issued for products returned in less than perfect condition, at our sole discretion.
3.6
No refunds will be provided for products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling by the customer.
4. Exchange Policy
4.1
Exchanges are subject to product availability and must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
4.2
Size and color exchanges are permitted only once per order.
4.3
If the exchange product has a higher price, the customer must pay the difference before dispatch.
4.4
No exchanges are permitted for sale items, clearance products, or promotional offers.
5. Order Cancellation
5.1
Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched from our warehouse.
5.2
Once an order is marked as shipped, cancellation requests will not be entertained.
5.3
Prepaid orders cancelled after dispatch will be treated as returns and subject to return shipping charges.
5.4
COD orders cancelled after dispatch may incur a cancellation fee of up to 10% of the order value.
5.5
Repeated cancellations may result in account suspension or blacklisting.
6. Damaged or Defective Products
6.1
Damaged or defective products must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
6.2
Claims without proper documentation will not be processed.
6.3
We reserve the right to inspect the product before approving replacement or refund.
6.4
Manufacturing defects will be replaced free of cost, subject to verification.
7. Fraud Prevention and Misuse
We maintain a zero-tolerance policy against fraudulent returns and misuse of our return policy.
7.1
Customers found engaging in fraudulent activities, including but not limited to returning used products, swapping items, or providing false information, will be permanently banned.
7.2
Excessive returns or abuse of the return policy may result in account suspension and legal action.
7.3
We reserve the right to refuse service to customers with a history of fraudulent behavior.
7.4
All return requests are subject to verification and approval by our team.
7.5
We may share information about fraudulent customers with law enforcement and other merchants.
8. Return Process
8.1
To initiate a return, contact our customer support team at lunexstore@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
8.2
A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number will be provided upon approval.
8.3
Products must be shipped back with the RMA number clearly marked on the package.
8.4
Returns without RMA numbers will be rejected and sent back to the customer at their expense.
9. Governing Law
9.1
This Return and Refund Policy is governed by the laws of India.
9.2
All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Namakkal, Tamil Nadu.
9.3
We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
9.4
Continued use of our services after policy changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
